The RLR Model includes:

  • Phase 1:  Prior preparation including determining your focus area, developing shared clarity and organising resources

  • Phase 2:  On the day identification of evidence through deliberate observation and documentation of evidence

  • Phase 3:  On the day synthesis of evidence and reflection and feedforward

  • Phase 4:  Next steps for the school/site and ongoing implementation of RLRs

Structure

This model is for schools, sites, networks and systems and can involve teachers and leaders from within and across schools.

A tight and timely school-wide analysis for learning and action. This service enables multiple educators to collaboratively gather, analyse and use evidence.

This includes:

  • evidence gathering about your school/site identified priorities

  • collaborative strengths-based evidence analysis practices

  • protocols to engage with evidence
